Risks to European economy remain tilted to the downside, ECB policymaker says

Olli Rehn, Governor of the Bank of Finland and member of the Governing Council of the European Central Bank, says risks remain to the downside in Europe. Regarding the ECB’s forthcoming interest rate decision, he says that it must “carry on and act consistently.”
