A 28-year-old woman was hospitalized with serious injuries after a stabbing incident in Saskatoon’s Pleasant Hill area on October 27. Saskatoon Police responded to a business on the 1900 block of 20th Street West, where the injured woman arrived, stating she had been stabbed nearby.
The incident reportedly occurred earlier at a residence on the 300 block of Avenue S South. Police were led to the scene and subsequently detained four individuals in connection with the aggravated assault investigation. The victim’s injuries are serious but non-life-threatening, and her infant, who was with her at the time, is now in the care of Mobile Crisis.
The Saskatoon Police Service’s Serious Assault Unit is continuing its investigation and requests that anyone with information contact them.
