Investing.com – Norway equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the declined 0.65% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the were Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:), which rose 2.69% or 31.00 points to trade at 1,185.00 at the close. Telenor ASA (OL:) added 2.37% or 3.10 points to end at 133.90 and Nordic Semiconductor ASA (OL:) was up 0.95% or 0.95 points to 100.65 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL:), which lost 4.64% or 0.52 points to trade at 10.69 in late trade. Norsk Hydro ASA (OL:) declined 4.00% or 2.72 points to end at 65.34 and Hafnia Ltd (OL:) shed 3.45% or 2.05 points to 57.30.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 157 to 120 and 30 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.18% or 0.12 to $67.92 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.11% or 0.08 to hit $71.75 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.42% or 11.00 to trade at $2,606.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.13% to 11.77, while USD/NOK rose 0.64% to 11.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.46% at 105.94.
