Awaken your inner warrior: A movement workshop with Eloise Lambert

This session is part of The Bigger Life Festival, designed to help you start the New Year with purpose, clarity, and confidence. Take the first step toward owning your quiet strength and thriving in 2025.

What to expect from this workshop:

• A journey through the four elements; generating your inner fire, exploring playful movement, slowing down with reflective practices before reconnecting to your roots and finding inner peace.

• Eloise’s signature Fawe workshops encourages and welcomes you to unleash a primal roar, let out a loud exhale and release any sounds that want to come out during the movement sequences. Exhaling sound can be a revitalising and non-verbal way to move energy, release stress and clear space for clarity.

• A powerful space to close The Bigger Life Gestival, to shed what no longer serves you and step into the week with renewed resilience and vitality.

This workshop offers more than just a morning uplift. It’s an opportunity to process emotions, unlock forgotten parts of yourself, and build positive energy to take into your daily life. Step out feeling empowered, determined, and at peace.
