(NASDAQ:) 10% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Weekend Health, Inc., d/b/a Sequence, a subscription telehealth platform offering access to healthcare providers specializing in chronic weight management. Sequence seamlessly integrates the patient and clinician experience for ongoing, clinical care and medication management while providing high-touch support in navigating the insurance approval process.

Nutanix (NASDAQ:) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 preliminary revenue $486.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $464.97M. Nutanix sees Q3 2023 revenue of $430-440M, versus the consensus of $425.38M. Nutanix sees FY2023 revenue of $1.8-1.81 billion, versus the consensus of $1.78B.

DXC Technology Co (NYSE:) 3% LOWER; terminate takeover discussions with financial sponsor due to challenges in raising the necessary capital,
