New Delhi: Akhil Jain, a member of the promoter family with over 20 years of experience at Jain Amar, has been appointed managing director and CEO. The announcement was made at the Jain Amar Leadership Summit 2025.
The company, parent to brands like Madame, Camla Barcelona, and mSECRET, aims to be IPO-ready by 2027. Jain’s focus will be on growth, organizational alignment, governance, financial control, and leadership development.
He has spent over two decades working within Jain Amar, gaining experience across all verticals of the company. He is a NIFT alumnus and has pursued executive education at Harvard and IIM-A. Before his promotion, he served as executive director, focusing on brand, technology, and retail strategy innovation.
“This is not just a new role—it’s a new rhythm. We’re moving from isolated departments to a single unified movement. I believe Jain Amar’s next era will be defined by how well we align people, process, and purpose. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and excited to lead this extraordinary team into the future,” said Jain.
