Bestseller India, on Thursday, has announced that Vineet Gautam, CEO and country head, will be stepping down from his role after 15 years with the organization. His last working day at the company is scheduled for 31st December 2024.
Since joining Bestseller India in January 2010, Gautam has been instrumental in introducing and establishing brands such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Only, and Selected Homme in India.
Reflecting on his journey, Gautam said, “When I began this journey 15 years ago, my goal was to bring a new wave of fashion to India. The success we’ve achieved together – from launching brands to creating a robust retail network – has been deeply fulfilling. I am incredibly proud of the team at Bestseller India, whose passion and commitment have made us a market leader. As I step away, I am confident that the legacy we’ve built will continue to thrive.”

Mrithyunjay Amblimath, currently serving as the head of sales, will take on the role of an interim leader for Bestseller India. A key member of the company’s leadership team for several years, Amblimath brings a wealth of experience in driving operational excellence, strategic growth and building trusting partnerships.
Currently, Bestseller is presence i 332 brand outlets and in over 1,578 shop-in-shops across India.
