This key appointment comes as part of the bank’s strategic focus on strengthening its leadership and advancing its technology-driven transformation, said the bank in a press release.
Ashok Vaswani, Managing Director and CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, praised Lathia’s contributions to the bank’s technology initiatives over the past three years.
