Benzinga – (CRYPTO: BTC) traded higher this morning following the release of jobs data on Friday, with prices surging past the key $17,000 level.
(CRYPTO: ETH), also moved higher, trading above the key $1,300 mark on Monday.
Gala (GALA) was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while Gemini Dollar (GUSD) turned out to be the biggest loser.
At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $850.54 billion, recording a 24-hour gain of 3.1%. BTC was trading higher by 1.8% at $17,254, while ETH rose by around 4.6% to $1,322.18 on Monday.
