In the panel ( see full agenda here) Dekker will discuss how firms can align business and technology for successful digital transformation.
Dekker, an expert in financial technology and enterprise transformation, will join the panel on April 29 from 10:15 to 10:50. The discussion will explore how chief operating officers and chief technology officers can collaborate effectively to drive meaningful and sustainable change in asset and wealth management firms.

His work focuses on helping firms integrate technology into their strategic vision while ensuring long-term value and operational excellence.
“In a world where digital transformation can redefine a business, how do COOs and CTOs effectively work together?” the panel will ask. The discussion will cover board-level buy-in, accountability, and the leadership required to execute organisation-wide change. The panellists will also examine how aligning technology and operational strategies can create a more resilient, future-ready organisation.
At Alpha FMC, Dekker plays a critical role in advising senior executives on how to build future-ready operating models. He specialises in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment that enables long-term transformation and innovation.
His expertise in enterprise technology strategy and transformation will bring valuable insights to the panel, helping industry leaders navigate the complexities of digitalisation in asset and wealth management.
