Summer has officially arrived at Burger King with the launch of its delicious new menu items and a brand new Frozen Fanta flavour.
Burger lovers will be able to get their hands on the Gourmet Kings Bacon Caesar burgers which the fast food brand has touted as the ‘surprise of the summer’.
The new collection includes a garlicky twist on the classic Angus and Crispy Chicken burgers.
The Bacon Caesar Angus (£8.19) features a delicious 100% British and Irish beef Angus burger.
Meanwhile, the Bacon Caesar Chicken (£8.19) consists of a crispy coated chicken breast.
Because both burgers draw inspiration from the classic Caesar salad, they’re topped with fresh rocket, crispy onions, an oak-smoked cheddar slice, bacon and garlic Caesar mayo twist sandwiched within a toasted brioche bun.
And that’s not all. Customers can also try the Bacon Caesar Loaded King Fries (£4.79), with bacon bits and Burger King’s Caesar mayo. Yum!
The tasty new collection is available in store now and via delivery exclusively on Deliveroo until 3 June, with the bonus of free Caesar Loaded Fries when customers spend £25 or over. You’ll be able to get the tasty items on all delivery apps from 4 June.
But arguably the main event of the summer menu which will keep you feeling cooled and refresh in the heat is the Blue Raspberry Frozen Fanta. Why should you try it? It’s bright blue and it’s frozen Fanta – what more could you ask for?
Frozen Fantas have already gone down a treat at Burger King. Over on Instagram, where the fast food chain announced the drinks arrival this week, a user known only as @fr4nk13.b00 said: ‘I love you Burger King.’
Last month Burger King surprised fans by announcing the return of a beloved snack social media is obsessed with.
The fast food giant revived its halloumi fries, made with 100% Cypriot halloumi and served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
They initially launched in the summer of 2021 as a cheesy side dish and customers at the time hailed it a total ‘game-changer’.
Customers used social media to beg the chain to make halloumi fries a permanent menu item, with some saying they were their ‘favourite’ item, and others saying they are ‘so ace’.
And now we’re pleased to report that the halloumi fries are available at all Burger King UK restaurants for £3.99 for five, or £5.29 for eight and they can also be ordered via delivery for the first time ever on UberEats.
