East Meets West tech conference tackles trends in AI, innovation and investing – Hawaii News Now


HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The 10th annual East Meets West tech and innovation conference takes place Friday at the Prince Waikiki Hotel.

Blue Startups founder Chenoa Farnsworth joined HNN’s Sunrise Weekends to talk about bringing together entrepreneurs and investors from both the East and West to discuss the latest trends in artificial intelligence, sustainability, travel and more.

The event features panels, a showcase of more than a dozen Hawaii-based companies and a startup pitch session, in which 10 companies – five from the U.S. and five from Asia – compete for funding.
