Gautam Hari Singhania has been appointed as the executive chairman of Raymond Lifestyle Limited, the company declared to SEBI on Wednesday.
As per the declaration to SEBI, from the 100 per cent of 4,17,57,480 of total votes cast, 86.85 per cent were in favor of the resolution and the rest 13.15 per cent were against the resolution of the appointment.
The special resolution proposed in a Postal Ballot Notice dated November 04, 2024 has been passed with the requisite majority.
This strategic move aims to leverage Singhania’s decades-long industry expertise and leadership to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency as Raymond Group enters its centenary year of operation.
The company was listed on the stock exchanges on September 5 following its demerger from Raymond Ltd and Singhania was continuing in both entities.
