In this week’s edition of stories we didn’t report this week for one reason or another we see some sturm und drang rising up in Tucson over the reporting of a policeman’s death and the lawsuit attached. We also see that no matter how far one runs away from local news, there will always be someone who criticizes you for how you look.

KVOA in Tucson reported on a story (click here) about a man suing the police, after an officer crashed into his car during when the officer was responding to reports of a man smashing windows. The officer later died and the man who sued was charged with his death.

Nicholas William Skitzki, the man charged with the death of Tucson Police officer Adam Buckner last year, has filed a lawsuit against the City of Tucson and the Tucson Police Department. The lawsuit alleges negligence and seeks damages for the injuries and damages Skitzki sustained from the crash.
