The 101010 collection comprises six social design prototypes developed in collaboration between LAYER design practice with industry partners, including Andreu World, Bitossi Ceramiche, Kvadrat, MDF Italia, Muuto, RÆBURN, and Orrefors. Each piece demonstrates a response to evolving environmental and social needs while integrating craftsmanship and material innovation.

Host forms a modular bee home created with Andreu World, supporting urban biodiversity and sustainable beekeeping. Light consists of algae-powered oil lamps developed with Muuto, offering renewable, off-grid illumination. Collect is a portable rainwater harvesting system designed with MDF Italia and Kvadrat for sustainable water storage. Cool shapes stackable ceramic cooling towers by Bitossi Ceramiche, reinterpreting passive cooling solutions for urban environments. Lastly, Shield is a versatile uniform created with RÆBURN, designed to adapt to various climates and extreme weather conditions.
