The Ingraham Angle also dropped below three million total viewers, but Hannity remained the least-watched program in Fox News’ 7-10 p.m. lineup. Meanwhile, CNN saw its biggest audience with the 4 p.m. hour of The Lead with Jake Tapper, which drew 671,000 total viewers. But the network’s ratings steadily sank from there, dwindling to 307,000 by the end of the evening.
