ROME (Reuters) – Italian glasses maker Safilo and German fashion house Hugo Boss have agreed the early renewal of a licensing deal until the end of 2030, Safilo said on Thursday.

The deal is for the production of the BOSS and HUGO eyewear collections, the group said in a statement.

“In just a few years we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of our partnership which began back in 2006,” Safilo Chief Executive Angelo Trocchia said in the statement.
