Saudi Arabia shares higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 1.54%



Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the added 1.54%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the were Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.86% or 2.55 points to trade at 28.40 at the close. CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) added 7.83% or 3.55 points to end at 48.90 and Saudi Manpower Solutions Co (TADAWUL:) was up 7.26% or 0.58 points to 8.57 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), which lost 7.14% or 0.02 points to trade at 0.26 in late trade. Emaar The Economic City (TADAWUL:) declined 1.85% or 0.16 points to end at 8.51 and City Cement Co (TADAWUL:) shed 1.66% or 0.30 points to 17.74.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 246 to 58 and 13 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.16% or 1.51 to $71.35 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 2.25% or 1.67 to hit $76.05 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 5.70 to trade at $2,754.60 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.25% to 4.05, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 104.13.
