Tech provider starts the year strong after 2024’s turnover triumph – The Business Desk


A Derby-based tech provider has started the new year on a high, wrapping up 2024 with a £7m turnover – quadrupling its revenue in just three years.

Alton Valley is based at Pride Park and has grown from a start-up into a supplier of advanced network and security solutions, primarily serving the defence engineering sector.

Led by managing partner Carl Hamill,  Alton Valley’s range of services extends beyond network security, offering tech solutions aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing security and improving data management.

Hamill said: “We are incredibly proud to close the year on such a high note. This milestone is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team, as well as the trust our clients place in us to safeguard their critical systems. We remain committed to innovation and growth as we enter 2025.”
