A total of five trim options are available for the 2025 model year – SV, SL, Platinum, Pro-4X, and Platinum Reserve – with the previous Midnight Edition getting the boot.

What’s New For 2025
The biggest update for 2025 is the unavailability of the V8 option. In place of the eight-pot is Nissan’s dependable VR35DDTT 3.5-liter V6 engine that churns out up to 425 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. That’s 25 hp and 103 lb-ft more than the outgoing V8, though it’s important to note that this mill has a slight disadvantage versus what powers its luxurious cousin, the Infiniti QX80. As this is a full, new-generation turnover, the new Armada also gets a fully modern cabin that can stand head-to-head against its contemporaries.
