U.S. crude stockpiles rose 3.1M barrels last week, API says

The American Petroleum Institute reportedly shows a build of 3.13M barrels of oil in U.S. commercial stockpiles for the week ending November 1, after API reported a 573K-barrel draw a week earlier.

Gasoline inventories reportedly show a draw of 928K
